Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following product categories:
- Adhesives & Tape (opened products)
- Personal protective equipment (if opened or used)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories and documentation.

Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different product or size:
- Follow the same process as returns to send back the original item.
- Place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
- Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund for the original item.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
